The Battery has partnered with Ice Hockey Systems to digitalize and store our top development drills. These drills were designed by our professional coaching staff with the assistants of professional hockey players and coaches.Ice Hockey Systems
Lessons are structured around individual needs to bring your game to a higher level. We offer lessons for all ages (toddler to adult) and for all skill sets (beginner to elite). Each lesson will focus on a specific skill such as skating, shooting, stickhandling, etc., or often times work on everything. Check out our various offerings which will provide specific details on subject matter, age level and skill sets for each class!
We have weekly skill-specific clinics throughout the year. These 6-week clinics each have an explicit theme with goals of mastering the skill. Our clinics includes advanced power skating, reactive training, stickhandling, checking, shooting, battle training, positioning, small area games, and much more!
We offer numerous specialty camps that include special guest coaching, a challenging curriculum, and a great hockey environment. Each day of the camp will have a specific skill that will be the focus of the class.
These sessions will focus on training skating and developing technique, power and speed.
Our elite coaching staff designed a shooting curriculum that complements our RapidShot. These private shooting lessons, shoot 2 score clinics, and off-ice circuit training classes will use analytics to test and develop our speed, accuracy, reaction time and overall technique. RapidShot gear includes skates, gloves, helmet and stick.
Come work with Coach Bailey Seagraves for elite goalie training. Bailey focuses solely on developing goalie technique involving private lessons and goalie camps. He schedules his own athletes so reach out to him directly for more details!
Our summer hockey teams compete against the very best from across the United States. We have teams in both the Elite (AAA) and Gold (AA/A) divisions for all birth years. Our athletes are picked by an application process that opens in September and closes in January. A separate application is required.Application
These tournaments are designed for any level player and offer competition in a fun and relaxed environment. Teams will be made based off skill and age. Everyone is eligible to participate in these events! A separate application is required.
Everyone needs to start somewhere, and we have a class for them! Our learn to skate programs are a great introduction to skating. Level 1 is for our first-time skaters and will introduce and work on all fundamentals of skating. Level 2 is for our first-time skaters who have a basic introduction to skating. We will focus on mastering fundamentals and hockey skating.
This program will introduce the hockey stick and focus on advancing hockey skill sets at an accelerated pace. Most athletes have graduated both Learn to Skate Level 1 and Level 2. Our small player-coach ratio will ensure individual attention throughout the class. We host a great introduction to hockey in a fun environment!
This league is designed for mini-mite/mite aged athletes that have finished a learn to play curriculum. This clinic is a fun transition to real games. Each week consists of a 30-minute practice and a 30-minute game.
Our Battery house program is the final step in the “Learn to Steps to Success.” This 5-month season running from October to February, consists of 18 games and 35 hours of practice. This league is offered for all 8U athletes, however our teams are divided by skill and not by age. Each team will practice with Battery skills coaches to offer a great developmental season.
This program is designed for the high-level mite. Our objective is to train, prepare and develop athletes for an unmatched experience. Athletes commit to the fall season running from September to February, including 40 hours of training and 5 tournaments.
Our 3v3 offerings are designed for hockey development and fun. Our studio rink gives each athlete 6x more puck touches than a normal game which results in better skill development. Our 3v3 leagues provide the opportunities for team and free agent registration for various games throughout a season. Our 3v3 drop-ins are one-off opportunities that are open to the public.
